John Mark has over 23 years experience working in the hospitality industry. Graduating from Auburn University Hospitality program in 2004, he has since gone on to work in various roles throughout the industry. He obtained his Introductory Level Sommelier Certification from The Court of Master Sommeliers in 2012. He has been in wine sales for almost 10 years. John Mark can curate custom wine orders for you, private wine tastings, cellar planning, custom beer orders, and also assist in planning wine menus and food pairings.

Merideth has over fifteen years experience drinking wine. She is the creative force behind the social media, marketing, photography, and all production aspects of The Dining Winos. She is also a graduate of Auburn University. She is an avid traveler, and loves new experiences. She obtained her Introductory Level Sommelier Certification from The Court of Master Sommeliers in 2019.
