3 Bottles of 2018 Naveran Cava Brut Rosé

The 2018 Naveran Brut Rosé is an excellent wine and an outstanding value from Penedes, Spain. It is a blend of Pinot Noir and Parellada. Traditional Method fermentation and 18 months of lees aging makes for a soft and approachable bubbly. An elegant premium Cava offering bright citrus aromas and flavors, along with delicate, fine bubbles that are the hallmark of a superb sparkling wine. This wine exhibits a terrific mousse and brisk flavors. Its aromas and flavors of fresh strawberries stay long and bright on the palate.
3 Bottles of 2020 Summer Water Rose

This Central Coast Rose that is comprised of 85% Grenache and 15% Syrah was scored 92 points by Wine Enthusiast and was #56 on the WE Top 100 of 2020. The grapes for this wine were picked early in the season to achieve a natural acidity. Sustainable farming methods are used on these 10 – 15 year old vines that sit on sandy, rocky, and loam soils. It is light, aromatic, and dry with notes of melon, peach, roses, and citrus.
3 Bottles of 2018 Noah River Pinot Noir

Jamey Whetstone is the winemaker for Noah River. Jamey moved to Napa from Charleston in 1996 and started working his way up through Mustards Grill. In 1998 he went to work for Turley and spent some time overseas working at the famed Burgundy producer Domaine Dujac. In 2020 he founded Whetstone Wine Cellars. This Pinot is ruby in color and has a big floral nose of dark cherry, fig, and Asian spice. It shows secondary notes of blackberry, mint, and tea. On the palate, it is medium bodied with flavors of dark cherry cola, raspberry, red plum, dark chocolate, and tea like tannins.
3 Bottles of 2017 Klinker Brick Cabernet Sauvignon

Steve and Lori Felten, fifth generation grape growers in the Lodi region of California, continue the tradition of cultivating vineyards that their ancestors planted in the early 1900’s. For over one hundred years, the family has cultivated the land with the aim of producing top quality fruit. This Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits medium dark garnet color, intense blueberry aromas with hints of clove and tobacco. 16 months in French oak barrels encourage a full body, with notes of cassis and supple dark cherry on the palate. Fully integrated and well balanced, this wine has a long, lingering finish with great tannin.
