3 Bottles of 2020 Honig Sauvignon Blanc

Honig was started in 1964 when Louis Honig purchased a 68-acre ranch in Rutherford, in the heart of the Napa Valley. The vineyard was planted with Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which he sold to neighboring wineries. In 1984 at the age of 22, grandson Michael Honig took over management of the vineyard and winery. In 1989 the family began producing small amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon. This wonderful Sauvignon Blanc is primarily sourced from Honig’s Estate Vineyard in Rutherford with a small percentage of fruit being sourced out of Lake County. This wine is bright, and fresh. The flavors and aromas are reminiscent of peaches, lemon curd, white grapefruit, and passion fruit with perfectly balanced notes of citrus and stone fruit. The fullness of the mid-palate is complemented by a crisp, lengthy finish.
3 Bottles of 2019 Perrin Cotes Du Rhone Reserve Rose

Famille Perrin’s involvement in the wine trade can be traced back to 1909 with the purchase of Château de Beaucastel. Today the 5th generation of the family is involved in every aspect of the business. Famille Perrin is the leading organic wine grower of the Southern Rhône Valley, where they occupy the region’s best terroirs. Nature and tradition are key to the Famille Perrin approach, which has continued seamlessly over five generations. This wine has a delicate grapefruit-pink color coming from a blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Syrah. It reveals a delicate and lively nose with floral notes and fresh red fruit. The start on the palate is very juicy and soft and ends with a nice length and acidity.
3 Bottles of 2019 Torremoron Tempranillo

Torremoron, made in the hamlet of Quintanamanvirgo in Ribera del Duero, Spain is an example of how much can be done when you start with beautiful raw material. Walking up the hill to the town square here is a trip back in time; fewer than 90 people live in this tiny village, and 85 of them work at the winery and the other 10 work at the bar. This 100% Tempranillo is made from very old vines that were all planted between 1914 and 1934. This wine starts with fresh black and blue fruit aromas that are lifted and sharpened by a peppery note and a touch of smoke. It is vibrant and focused on the palate, offering intense blue and black fruit flavors that grow with more time in the glass. It finishes seamless and expressive with a long, fruit tannic finish that echoes the blueberry note.
3 Bottles of 2019 Replica ‘Misbehaved’ Pinot Noir

Replica believes that wine should taste the way that Mother Nature intended. They aim to bottle only the flavors found in nature through the natural expression of fruit – allowing them to produce only wine in its purest, most natural form. This wine is rich and plummy with black-fruit aromas that frame slightly smoky flavors of caramel and oak for a ripe, full-bodied classic California Pinot Noir.
