3 Bottles of 2019 Prisma Pinot Noir
This hand-harvested, 100% Pinot Noir is a blend of four clones produced from a single vineyard located in the Casablanca Valley of Chile. The granite soils and cool, coastal climate produce a fresh, vibrant and aromatic wine. It shows bright red fruit notes of strawberry and cherry, with an underlying hint of oak, that leads to a lifted mid-palate and smooth, velvety finish.
3 Bottles of 2018 Domaine de Valmoissine Pinot Noir by Louis Latour
Domaine de Valmoissine is located on the site of the ancient monastery and university of Valmoissine at 500 meters above sea-level in Var in Southeast France. This wine is elegant and shows remarkable finesse. Ruby color and a complex nose with cocoa and ripe fruits that echo other wines from the south of France. The mouth is ample and round with silky tannins and undergrowth hints. It finishes with a nice persistence in the mouth.
3 Bottles of 2018 Folly of the Beast Pinot Noir
This Pinot Noir is from the Central Coast of California. It was aged in 30% new French oak for 12 months and is vegan friendly. It begins with a pleasing, classic Pinot aroma of cranberry, black cherry, spice and a little wet earth. Tasting the wine reveals it to be smooth, medium-bodied and full of cola, black cherry, and strawberry flavors. There’s quite a bit of oak influence in this one and it works very well. Sweet spice notes lead into the very long, dry finish.

This Pinot Noir from Sonoma County is an exciting, yet friendly wine, bursting at the seams with aromas of macerated tart cherries, pomegranate and notes of earth. The flavors combine both sweet and tart with a fruit driven front palate and very subtle oak influence. The finish is bright, slightly herbal, and delicate.
