The Jeio line is inspired by the influential Desiderio Bisol, whose wife lovingly referred to him as Jeio. The father of the current owners, Desiderios is dedicated to product quality, acquiring only the steepest plots. While considerably more difficult to work, these plots are ideal for vine cultivation. As a result of his vision, the Glera cultivated in these vineyards is especially rich in malic acid, making the final wine more dynamic and evolved. Only the best Glera grapes are selected from Bisol’s 35 plots in Valdobbiadene to make the highly aromatic Jeio Brut. This wine has a brilliant straw yellow color and the perlage is extremely fine and lively. It has an intense and fresh nose of citrus fruits and saline sensations. On the palate it’s a fruit-forward, refreshing sip.

The first traces of the Bichot family date back to 1214. They settled in Burgundy in 1350. In 1831, Bernard Bichot founded a wine trading business in his name. His son, Albert Bichot, the first to bear the name, gave the family business new momentum in the late 19th century and settled in the center of Beaune once and for all in 1912. It has been a family owned and operated winery ever since, and is now one of the most reputable names in Burgundy. This Cremant is 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. The Chardonnay brings tension, white flowers and minerality, and the Pinot Noir brings fruit and density. This wine has fine, even bubbles. The nose boasts notes of citrus and white blossoms which pave the way for vivacity and freshness on the palate. It is clean and precise with beautiful length.

Poema sources it’s grapesfrom 152 hectares of vineyards located between the high, central and low regions of the Penedes Valley in the Catalan province of Barcelona with each region best suited for specific varieties. This wine is made from an indigenous grape called Trepat. It has fresh and elegant notes of strawberry, raspberry and rose petals. Balanced acidity keeps the wine light and fresh.

This Cremant from the Loire Valley is 100% Cabernet Franc. Is is pretty pink in color with brilliant highlights. With a fine and persistent bead, it is an aromatic, dry Rosé offering a delicate bouquet combining wild strawberry and fresh red cherry aromas and flavours. On the palate, it is creamy and elegant with a lively initial impression. It finishes with a fresh, long aftertaste.
